Core-Off-the-Wall: A core class using the Yoga Wall. This wall is designed to allow traction, support and balance while using gravity to improve your practice, increase your flexibility and aid in physical therapy. The support of the wall allows feedback so that poses away from the wall are more finely tuned. Each class ends with 1o-15 minutes hanging upside down on the wall. Inverted Bliss!
Y-Ride (On RealRyder ® Bikes): Conscious Cardio! An innovative cardiovascular workout that strengthens, lengthens and tones the body with indoor cycling. This class is sure to get your heart beating and body sweating while rejuvenating the mind. All levels wecome. Not recommended for pregnant women. The RealRyder® gives you a stationary bike ride that’s anything but stationary.

BODYATTACK: BODYATTACK™ is a 60-minute sports-inspired cardio workout that’s all about improving your speed, fitness, strength and agility. You’ll love the group dynamic that’s at the heart of BODYATTACK™. BODYATTACK™ is for everyone with moderate fitness levels. The moves are simple and you don’t need flawless coordination, so give it a go!
CXWORX: CXWORX™ really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. Highly-trained instructors explain the science behind each exercise and challenge you to reach beyond your limits.
BODYFLOW: BODYFLOW™ blends controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music to create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Each class is made up of 45 minutes of simple but challenging exercises, followed by 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation.
