On Tuesday September 4th I will be taking an 8-hour training course so that I will be a certified RealRyder Instructor. I have been teaching spinning for the last 7 years but I am excited about this new adventure. At my annual fitness conference in Toronto (Can-Fit-Pro) a few weeks ago, I had the chance to try out a class on the RealRyders. It is definitely a totally different feel than a normal stationary bike and not completely like a road bike. I found it to be somewhere in between the two and I know it is going to offer me and the members in my class an awesome workout!
Realryder bikes create a side-to-side motion that activates core muscles for a well-rounded, full-body, high-calorie workout! The steel frame also allows it to steer, turn and feel like a road bike. To learn more about these innovative bikes, click here.
Classes start at Yyoga on Wednesday, September 5th in a beautfiul new room with a peek of the mountains! Join me at 10:00am! (I am subbing!)
